“I take a lot of pictures, a lot of selfies,” Tammy said in the moving video, adding, “and I do, not because I think I look good—well, I do, a little bit.

“But mostly because I want to remember how big I was, what I look like.”

Reflecting on “how big” she was before shedding the 500 pounds she successfully lost, Tammy said in disbelief, “Dude, I was huge.”

“I think I was so focused on losing weight [that] I lost myself,” Tammy admitted.

“Lost who I was and turned to alcohol,” she revealed to her thousands of fans.

She then went on to address how she “turned to alcohol instead of food,” with her noting how this “damaged” her.

BAD HABITS

Continuing her candid chat, she spoke about how it would be easy to fall back into her previous habits but noted how she’s determined to stay on the right track.

“It’d be so easy to fall back into bad habits and gain all the weight back,” she admitted.

“Then was this all for? Wasted time, wasted money, wasted effort—waste.”

Giving advice to her followers, Tammy then signed off by saying, “You’re not alone. You can do anything once you put your mind into it. Never give up.”
