Chris Gets Honest About Amy’s Diet -“You Can’t Eat Like That After Bariatric Surgery” On 1000 Lb Sisters
Chris isn’t holding back when it comes to Amy’s diet after bariatric surgery. In 1000 Lb Sisters’ latest episode, Amy takes the sobbing and Brittany for cake taste-testing. Chris sees how Amy devours all the cake. Amy also admits, “The past few months, I gained a lot of weight.” She says she’s trying to lose weight again, especially with the wedding coming up. But Chris isn’t convinced. Watching Amy eat icing is having him shaking his head the entire time.
Misty backs him up with a little shade. “I just don’t see Amy doing it,” she says. Chris is even more blunt. “Today Amy failed wholeheartedly on her diet,” he says. He points out that icing is “nothing but sugar” and reminds her, “You can’t eat like that after bariatric surgery.” His frustration is obvious. Amy says she wants to lose weight before her wedding, but eats straight sugary icing. In the clip, she is eating more than 2 spoonfuls of cake.
Fans are concerned about Amy gaining all the weight back. However, there are reasons why Amy is overeating. Stress of the wedding, feud with sister Tammy, can all add up to her stress-eating before her big day. As long as she gets back on the right track, a little weight gain might not be too detrimental.
