TAMMY Slaton from the hit TLC series 1000-Lb. Sisters has finally displayed her plastic surgery transformation in the final episode of the season last night.
Reality star Tammy Slaton, 38, got skin removal surgery specifically from her chin, and shocked her sister Amy with the results in the season finale this week.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star has paraded her 500-lb. weight loss recently, with her now looking different once again after undergoing skin removal surgery.
After enduring delays to the surgery, Tammy was recently approved for the procedure and the results showcased.
During the surgery, Tammy had a whopping 10-lbs of skin removed.
In the finale of 1000-Lb. Sisters, which aired on TLC on Tuesday night, the results of Tammy’s surgery were fully unveiled.
After undergoing the surgery to get some of her loose skin removed, Tammy got out of the car looking so very different.
“Oh damn,” one of Tammy’s loved ones could be heard saying before sister Amy broke her silence.
“Tammy looks really good,” Amy said in a confessional, adding, “even blind you can still tell there’s a big difference.”
They then showed a flashback clip from four years ago when Tammy was much heavier and Amy admitted she wouldn’t be able to tell if she lost weight due to her blindness.

Present day Amy then said: “Now it’s like, the difference is so obvious that a blind person can see it.”
Fans also reacted to Tammy’s new look as the episode aired.

“She is just such a small person and it’s amazing to see that person revealed. When you watch the show from beginning to now it’s hard to believe she is the same person. She’s worked so hard.”
