June Shows Support To Tammy’s Transformation

June Shannon recently took to social media to share a lengthy message talking about Tammy Slaton’s weight loss journey. According to the Mama June star, she’s “very proud” of what Tammy has done to herself. June said that many people have doubted Tammy would make it, adding that it was very difficult to take on a journey where everyone was watching. June added, “You have made the lifestyle changes that so many people thought that you couldn’t make, but you had to make it on your own time.”

June also shared her own bariatric surgery journey. She admits that it was so difficult, especially maintaining a healthy diet. But she took things seriously between April 2024 and December 2024, losing 95 pounds in the process. She also shut down the critics, saying that she’s not working hard enough. June also learned so much from her weight loss journey. She continued, “I’ve learned that honestly just in the last like five or six months I’ve also learned that changing even the smallest things that you eat can make a difference.” June also impressed her daughters that she’s friends with Tammy. Alana even asked if her mother had Tammy’s phone number, and June said that she could even FaceTime her.
