LPBW: Matt Isn’t Able To Lock A Deal! But Why?

LPBW star Matt Roloff made a shocking move when he didn’t pass on his family property to his kids but ended up putting it for sale. He initially listed it for $4 million in 2022 and happily announced that he was selling a part of his Roloff land. While this decision clearly didn’t sit well with his kids, he was determined to make a deal.

However, Matt was unable to secure a buyer, and he removed the property from the market within a few months in 2022. After following this pattern for a few years and reducing the price every time, Matt is back again with another massive discount. He has relisted his house and announced that he has not changed his mind in 2025 either.

Matt is basically asking $2.9 million. Yes, you read that right. Apparently, the person who was initially willing to sell his property for $4 million has now come down to almost half of it, and yet he isn’t able to find a buyer. However, Matt is still trying his best to find the right deal, and he isn’t ready to take a step back even after struggling for almost 3 years.

Matt is currently working on his other plan, and he is earning well from it as well. He is renting out his house and is allowing his fans to experience the beauty of the Roloff farms. He is further preparing for the Pumpkin festival, and it is evident that Matt wouldn’t take a step back until he sells the noted property. What do you think? Do let us know in the comments section.
