TLC Unexpected grandfather, Casey Johnson, is going all out for his son, Hunter, and grandson, Wes. He is hellbent on protecting the two from further ill influences and questionable upbringing. He went all out to sue Falen and Kris for full custody of little Wes. Given the circumstances, it is evident that Casey’s request is in the best interest of the growing infant.
However, he doesn’t plan to alienate his grandson from Bella or her family. He has therefore requested visitation rights for them and also the change of Wes’ last name to Johnson. He also pointed out Bella’s questionable behavior, which had already ticked off the fandom. Casey also pointed out her parents’ enabling that kind of behavior.
Therefore, he thinks that she is immature and lacks proper judgment and guidance to give the child a proper upbringing. “Such conduct reflects a lack of appropriate guidance and does not promote the maturity and judgment required of a custodial parent of an infant,” the court filing read. He additionally pointed out that those circumstances were not all appropriate.
Moreover, he pointed out that the Vaughn parents have successfully failed to provide adequate oversight and enforce reasonable boundaries, allowing immature decision-making and conduct without appropriate adult intervention, thereby placing Wes at risk. He also assured that his household is stable, with responsible adults who won’t allow such conduct.
